It is best to keep your lip balm in a cool or room temperature environment. Due to the delicate nature of the product, exposing it to over 85 degrees may cause the lip balm to melt.

All of the Manuka Honey we source can be traced back to the bee-hive site where its creation began. Our Manuka undergoes meticulous lab testing and gets a seal of authenticity before we use it.

We do not use any artificial preservatives in our products.

 We use Leuconostoc/radish root ferment filtrate, a naturally derived probiotic preservative. It is made from the fermented roots of the radish (Raphanus sativus). The fermentation process creates live bacteria & active bacteria, which can help to improve the skin's natural flora and also works as a natural conditioning agent.

When stored correctly, the shelf life is 1 year.

Yes, our all over Ultra Reparative balm is made of a blend of organic and natural oils. Manuka Honey does not have an organic certificate. Instead, it is highly regulated, controlled, and tested in laboratories for authenticity. Manuka Honey has to pass a series of tests and receive a seal of authenticity before it is exported to the United States.

The Manuka Honey in our products is 100% certified New Zealand Manuka Honey.

Yes! Our packaging is recyclable.

Our Mailers are made from 100% recycled paper and printed with Algae Ink. They require significantly less energy to be produced when compared to regular poly mailers & can be recycled with other paper.

Our tubes can be recycled with plastics.
